These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") govern the access to and use of ArtDeal AG’s website (artdeal.aI/vivents.com/artdeal.ch) and mobile applications (apps) (collectively the "Platform") and services provided thereon (hereinafter collectively "Services", as further described in section 2 below). In relation to the Services, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter "Users" or "you") may participate in virtual events conducted on the Platform, hereby making use of a specific arrangement of different technologies and interfaces and comprising of a combination of virtual marketplaces, auctions, social chats and one-click-buy as well as social functions (hereinafter "Vivent(s)").

By accessing or using the Platform and/or the Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with ArtDeal, that you accept these Terms and Conditions as the exclusive contractual basis for the access or the use of the Platform and/or the Services and that you agree to comply with them.
